A Lamprey River ledge-and-pool spot on Packers Falls Road, long used by locals and UNH students. It has no lifeguard and no facilities, and the slick rock and variable depth make it more of a rough-edged river hangout than a managed swimming area. (newenglandswimmingholes.com)
